| What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments through PayPal. You also have the option of
mailing us a money order, personal check, or cashier's check.

How do you calculate shipping?
|
The first item in your shopping cart is $6.00 and each additional item is
$1.50.

| How will my items be shipped?
|
Either standard UPS Ground or USPS
Priority. Most shipments will arrive within 2 days after leaving our
studio.

| How soon will my order be shipped?
|
Each piece is handmade after your order is placed. We will ship within 2
weeks of receiving your order. Regarding
orders paid for by personal check, checks will be cashed and must clear
prior to shipping.

| What is your return policy?
|
Satisfaction guaranteed, all standard catalog OriginalFLEA sculptures are
returnable within 2 weeks of receiving product. The full purchase price will be
refunded. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and must
return the sculpture to OriginalFLEA - Quayle Metal Sculpture in good
condition, prior to any reimbursement.

| Do you make custom fleas?
|
Yes we do. A request can be as simple as, "I love the water ski boat scene, make
the skier on a wakeboard instead of a standard water ski" or "Can you make me a
left handed guitarist?" These are simple. If a little change will make your
gift more personal for the receiver, we are all for it. Just follow up your
order with an email to us describing your special need and we will make it
happen at no extra charge. If you have a need for a brand new design, we
are very open to that as well. We will listen to your design idea or listen to
your needs and maybe suggest back to you a sculpture solution. Call us at (916)
